The Story Behind the Rock

Built by a Glacier.

The rock in our pit traveled here from north of Stuart Lake on the Cordilleran Ice Sheet during the Wisconsin Glaciation period. The glacier got stuck in these hills — which is why the pit is almost 65 feet deep.

That geological origin means our rock is harder, more durable, and completely clay-free. It meets BCMoT and City of Prince George specifications. We've been supplying contractors and homeowners across Northern BC since 2013 — over a decade of on-time delivery and consistent quality.

We run a 32-ton side dump and a tandem dump truck. The side dump handles large residential and commercial loads and deposits material precisely. The tandem reaches tighter residential sites where larger trucks can't go. Call us and we'll send the right truck for your job.
